Charge 2 blank screen

My charge 2 just went blank today at work, it’s still syncing just no display. When I got home

from work I put it on the charger... nothing.  Rechecked and cleaned the back, nothing. Presses the button for 10ish seconds, it vibrated but nothing.  I even changed the clock screen and forced a sync... still nothing. I didn’t damage it or get it wet??? Help please

I reached out to support. Nothing more could be done that I hadn’t tired. Basically just got a discount coupon for a new Fitbit. I’ve had 3 now and I’m disappointed that don’t last longer than they do.
