Manually entering exercise on FitBit Charge 4

There is nothing on the app, showing how to manually enter exercise. I forgot to put my Charge 4 on because it was charging. I have tried everything, but I cannot enter it manually. There is only toggles, indicating that the exercise would be auto recognized. I’m getting very frustrated.  Did they update the app where you can’t do this anymore?

From phone app Today screen:

Days of Exercise tile > Stop Watch (top right) > Log Previous

 

Sounds like you've done from there on before.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
