My charge 3 is being very unreliable. When I go into the app it won’t sync, comes up with the pink line and says failed to sync. The only way I can get it to sync is by putting it in the charger and pressing/holding the side button. I’m having to do this every time I want to sync it to my iPhone 6. I am up to date on software updates for both the app and iOS. When I want to track exercise I am given the option of run and then 4 lots of Pilates, even though pilates isn’t one of my chosen exercise shortcuts. I have tried deleting my charge from my profile and resetting it up but this problem came back after a few days of doing that. It also regularly adds more steps on to my daily total (by up to 12,000) and then removes them again. Getting really frustrated because I feel like I spend more time troubleshooting than just using my fitbit like it should work. I only bought it in January of this year too. So it’s not old. Any help?

I too have experienced where it flashes and vibrates that I have done 10,000 steps but I know it's done a lot less. Also the activities disappear and it shows up with pilates, why? I have now noticed that the brightness on the screen is not very bright and now it appears that I have missing lines "pixels" .
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Going to try and ring the support team....
