I have the Pixel 2 watch, which comes with the FitBit app. I've been using it to track walks, runs, hikes, etc and it's been working fine. I always leave my phone behind when I run. I've had 2 runs now (today and Oct 6) where I plugged my phone in to charge before leaving on the run, and then the map doesn't show on the app after my run is complete. When starting the workout on my watch, I always make sure it says "GPS connected" before clicking the start button. Charging my phone while I'm out running is the only difference I can think of for these two runs. Any idea why this is happening?
I've also been trialing the Strava app to see if I like it (recording on Fitbit and then it automatically transfers to the Strava app when the run is complete) and I've noticed these 2 without maps don't transfer to Strava. I just mainly want to see the maps of my runs though!
(PS - I know the label is wrong but it didn't list my watch or let me enter my own label)
