Mapping a walk gets disconnected

when i start mapping a walk, it disconnects after about 2 minutes.  any ideas how to solve this?

Hey @barbygal, welcome to the Community! Let me ask you a few questions so I can help you out better. Are you using the connected GPS (your phone and your Charge 2) or are you just using your phone to track your activity? If you are using your connected GPS, can you please tell me which phone are you using? Is it a compatible device

Hi There,

I am trying to map my walk on my Fitbit by Selecting Walk, then pressing
and holding the button to start the walk, it just reverts back to the home
screen clock after about 2 minutes. It is connected to my phone, Samsung
s9 and was working fine till last week.

I appreciate the clarification, @barbygal

It seems like there are some GPS connectivity issues with your Charge 2. Let me suggest you something. Please restart your Charge 2 by following the instructions in this post. If after that, the issue persists, take a look at this help article: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? 

and follow the troubleshooting there.
