A common cause of this is where the Charge 2 is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the problem here?
Thanks Steve, I have installed my app and reinstalled it, I have turned my fitbit completely off along with rebooting my phone and nothing works. It has worked ever since I purchased it until 2 weeks ago and now it won't do anything. Frustrated in Tennessee.
