What phone are you using and how did you try to set it up?

I set it up through the Firbit app. Other than not receiving my texts and
phone alerts, it works most of the time. I do have times it doesn't sync
with my phone. It's a Charge 3. I have removed the fitbit app and re
installed it several times.
