Charge 3 has stopped tracking hourly activity, sleep & heart rate data. Still showing daily steps and calories burned but none of the details. I’ve reset my device, uninstalled/reinstalled the app and all other suggestions in the help section but still no change. I’ve not updated my device or iPhone recently- for no reason this has just happened in the last week. Anyone help?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @emmaliddon. Thank you for letting us know that your Charge 3 isn't showing your details ant for mentioning the steps you have followed in order to get your information.
To get your information again I would suggest pairing your tracker as a replacement device. Follow the instructions of: How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?

Thanks - I’ve tried this as well, a couple of times now - and still nothing. How long is your warranty period as I’ve only had it a year and it’s stopped working! Any other ideas before I give up on it? Thanks.
