Can anyone tell me how to get my original map back as now I only have a pin point thing. I have tried all the things that Fitbit suggest. I have logged in and out checked my connection and spent 2 days trying different things

Let me help you with your missing maps and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This is odd. Try logging out from the app again but now restart your phone, after this log back in. Also make sure the app is up to date. If the issue persists please share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your Fitbit app.
