Nothing wrong with my charge 3 I love it but the other day I noticed that a line of pixels were missing across the top now today 3 lines a missing I've only had it since November. Has anyone had this happen to them and how do you fix it. I've reset it twice with no change.

I bought my fitbit charge 3 in November 2018 just like you and it was perfect until yesterday I noticed two lines of missing pixels. I have tried to restart it by attaching it to the charger then press and hold the touch button no thing changed. I tried to change the clock face no thing happened.

I wasn’t able to fix that I am hopping that someone from fitbit customer service read this problem and reply to all of us.

There is another reset that you can do. You plug it in then hold the side button for 15 seconds then a loading bar should apper however this didn't work for me so customer care sent me a new charge 3

This seems to be a common problem with Charge 3, mine is about 4 months old, started with missing lines at the top now it does not track heart rate. I have tried all 3 methods of resetting. Nothing works

I am having the same issue with lines of pixels missing on my Charge 3. I have only had it since January 2919. I noticed earlier today there was 1 line missing, now tonight there are 3 lines missing. I followed all the steps suggested by restarting it several times. I have also had a problem with the screen going black two different times, but a restart corrected that problem. I am afraid that it will just keep losing lines and make it hard to read. Please advise as what steps to take next.

I contacted Custer support this morning via chat and they determined my Fitbit is defective and are sending a replacement. Thanks Fitbit for great customer service !

I've had a missing line of pixels at the top of my screen for past few weeks, restarts& reboots haven't done anything. Clock face changes haven't either. I've jst put up with it because i enjoy my tracker, but now my active minutes don't record daily either, & I've now got 2 lines of pixels missing from yesterday.
