Nothing wrong with my charge 3 I love it but the other day I noticed that a line of pixels were missing across the top now today 3 lines a missing I've only had it since November. Has anyone had this happen to them and how do you fix it. I've reset it twice with no change.

I did a live chat with customer support and my Fitbit was under warranty and they are sending a replacement. The agent had me do a hard reboot and it still had the missing lines of pixels. If you have had it less than a year I would contact them. I have lost two more lines since I talked to them. I do not think it is going to fix itself. There is an option when you go into the support page for live chat if they are available. The first time I went on the chat wasn’t available but the next morning it was. Hope this helps..

I have had the same problem. Only bought mine in December and I woke up today and it’s missing a whole line of pixels. So frustrating coz I love my charge 3. Please can Fitbit fix this problem.

Mine is now missing about 4 lines, but I haven't sent it back or got in contact with anyone, honestly, I can't be bothered sending it away to be sorted to possibly have the same problem again. I just used it for the 1st time swimming last night& I can still say it works fine, just slight inconvenience with these pixel lines looking at the screen. It's a shame, I had no problems with my previous model, this Charge 3 seems to be a pain for alot of users.

Hi i have got the same problem too. I have only had my Charge 3 since December 2018. Was a Birthday present and i love it!!
Missing pixels across 2 lines at the top where the clock is. I did what i read on online forum of restarting it, did that a few times and changed the clock face 7/8 times
what should i do?

I called customer support and mine was under warranty. They mailed me a new one. I would call . They do not send new band or charger just the top part. I switched mine and is now working fine.

Hello, I haven't had my fitbit charge 3 even a 1 month and from yesterday the whole line is missing.
As I read the discussion I am not the only one. So it is defect item? What should I do with it, please?

Contact customer support and they will replace it if still under warranty. I had my replacement in about 5 days.

Do you know how we find out if it's still under warranty? I've also lost quite a number of rows now where it's getting to the point you can't see anything. Thanks

I've had my Charge 3 since January 2019 and it's having the same issues with lines of pixels missing at the top of the screen. Tried restarting 3x, no difference.

I actually just got my situation handled with customer support. Just check out the live chat and they should be able to help you. Either walking you through the steps or outright replacing it. Good luck

Not sure if you got this figured out yet but when it happened to me I very quickly lost the top third of my screen. I just contacted customer service and told them and then we got it situated in about 10-15 mins. I have no complaints there!

Thanks for posting. I was having the same problem and will try the reset when I get home. Unfortunately my charge 3 has now completely gone blank and won’t respond when I hit the side button.
