I picked up what was referred to as a Fitbit but it did not have a charger with it hi. I am not sure which Fitbit I really have as it looks like the charge but the screen is a different size can anyone help identify it

Click on 'Help' at top right of this page (or myhelp.fitbit.com), then click on "More products" below pictures to see pictures of all fitbit models.  For any that you think might be it, click the picture of it and you will get a link to that product manual (pdf) that will probably show more detail of back side of tracker.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
