If you are reading this you are likely a Fitbit fan. The product is easy to use and the app is intuitive. However, Fitbit is overlooking a huge opportunity. Before there were Smart Watches I was beginning to collect watches for different occasions. An everyday watch for work, a watch for my runs, and even a special occasion watch.
However, I have come to learn that I cannot apply that same principle to Fitbit. I'd like to have a work watch (or 2), one I wear when working out or sleeping, and another nicer one for special occasions. To the best of my knowledge I can only have one watch linked to my account at once. Rather than the watch intuitively knowing the one with a heartbeat is likely the one I'm wearing I'd have to link and unlink watches if I owned multiple. This is both a missed business opportunity and poor programming.
I hope this is resolved soon, as it is my greatest critique of the consumer experience.
