Cannot have 2 different users on one account. Each user needs own email/account.
Can have 2 different type devices on same account for same user. I.E. can have a Charge 2 and a Flex 2 for same user to switch between trackers.

@ursulaschmidt38 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Adding to @JohnnyRow reply, each account uses the information you provide to calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) so it is better if each one has an account. This will help to better calculate the calories burned for exercises and bodily functions.
Let me know how it goes!

You do know that this is a typical scam. There is no reason you should not be able to have 2-3-4 devices on one account, none, zero. That's why units have serial numbers. Anything to get more information out you. $250 bucks and you can't even update without loging in.
