My Charge 4 band has fractures on the inner side of both parts now, and will soon fracture. It is not clear how to deal with the Fitbit Waranty from this page https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/legal/returns-and-warranty 

 

Not to mention I do not trust the company after having not received my mail-in rebate which was advertised as $50 off, not a rebate, and certainly not a mail-in rebate. Also, the Charge 4 SpO2 feature was heavily advertised in and wasn't activated for months after receipt of the tracker, and was never an instantaneous SpO2 readout, yet that was never mentioned in any materials.
