The Fitbit corporation has brushed us off permanently. Our old Charge 2 still works fine after several years, but we bought a Charge 3 last year and have had nothing but problems with that version. At one point it wouldn't stop buzzing and vibrating, so we contacted Fitbit and got it replaced. (We always do some of own troubleshooting - restarts, etc. - before contacting them.) The new / replacement tracker had the same problem, so we had to get that one replaced. Same problem again for #3. The 4th one had a serious battery overheating problem (so hot we were afraid it might start a fire) so got that one replaced too. Our #5 unit had the same overheating problem so we got that one replaced too. And then our #6 unit had a faulty display so we couldn't even set it up. Finally we got fed up and asked for a refund (or at least could they send us another model that works) but Fitbit said "Sorry, out of warranty, can't replace or refund." So that's it. SIX DEFECTIVE CHARGE 3 UNITS and we're out of luck. We'll never buy another Fitbit product, and we will certainly warn everyone we know to stay away from Fitbit.
