First , last week, it stopped tracking my steps and heart rate. I reset and it worked
for about 4 days but woke up on Sunday and the screen won’t wake. I tried changing clock faces but no luck. Initially it would just vibrate, and it tracked my info yesterday , which I had to use my phone to see-but then stopped completely. Completely unresponsive.

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.
You can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
