I’ve had issues with it not syncing, it wasn’t updating steps, erased my daily steps,, (grr)
wasn’t giving reminders to move, wouldn’t display my texts. It randomly works or doesn’t. It’s not charging properly at times. Now it’s not showing the battery level on the charge so checked app and it’s no longer there either. I like knowing what the battery level is. Hope everyone’s issues get resolved!!

It sounds as if your Charge 2 is on the way out. The batteries used seem to have a life of just over two years and a common problem but don’t expect any response or support from Fitbit.
