To say that I am frustrated with Fitbit would be a HUGE understatement. We have been dealing with the issue of no text since the latest apple update. When I call costumer service I hear that they are aware of the problem and are working on it... weeks later - same response. If Fitbit can not keep up with the latest technology, it may be time to say good bye to Fitbit. Making customers wait weeks while you "try" to solve an issue on your end is unacceptable.

Have you tried the steps that fitbit recommend in the main thread for this issue at https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3... ?
If they don't help then keep an eye on that thread as that's where they'll be posting updates as they continue to investigate the problem.
