Hello! 

I've had my Fitbit Charge 3 for a little over a year now and it's been having more and more issues over time. First started with not being able to sync every now and then. After a while it froze on a certain part of the screen but a clock face change fixed that issue. It's been a few months without any issue but now my Fitbit won't update tracker software and won't sync anymore. I tried re-adding the Charge 3 to Fitbit app and it synced at the very beginning which cleared all my alarms on the Charge 3. Now I can't sync to get them back from the app. When I click the update tracker software, it says it searches forever trying to find the Charge 3. The Fitbit Charge 3 still functions properly even though it can't sync.

My fitbit is no longer automatically syncing and won't even sync when I push sync now on my phone. Have turned blue tooth on and off and turned my phone off and on but no luck. Very frustrating as I don't get important notifications
