I have my fitbit app on my iPad, the charge 3 says connected in blue tooth. When I am near my iPad fitbit app repeatedly tries to sync. The blue line goes as far as the f in fitbit, pauses, then zips across and gives me a fitbit failed to sync. Within 30 seconds it repeats the process. I watched my battery drain with these repeated attempts to sync, it started at 56%, within 5 minutes ie was down to 50%, another 5 minutes down to 46%, stopped watching after that. Who said the lack of ability to turn off all day sync wouldn’t drain the battery? Well it does! The only way I can get the sync to work is to allow one sync failure, then force the app to close, go back into the app and the correct numbers will be there, before the sync failure appears. But the cycle of endless syncs will continue to occur. Just glad I am not around my iPad all day.
Next problem is the screen on steps. There is a line across the graph indicating 10k steps, however it is either in the wrong place or the steps are not registering. You can see on the screen shot that Thursday was 10024 steps, but the graph showed it below 10k, same with Monday. Why is the app incorrect?

It is interesting that no one from fitbit commented on this post but did on every other post, customer service has really gone down hill, the comments are the same on all posts, don’t ya think people already do those things?
