Same problem. My second Charge 2 was nonfunctional straight out of the box. It’s not just the money; it’s the time and stress. Plus, I’ve spent money on wrist bands to make the trackers fit efficiently on my body. I may return to a regular watch.

If your Fitbit Charge 2 isn't working properly, whether that means issues with step counting or just occasional freezing, it's time to perform a reset. You can restart your Fitbit Charge 2 quickly with just a button press. This sort of basic reset won't harm your data — it's just like restarting a computer.
