Mine is doing this exact thing and then it dies in like 10 minutes from a full battery.

Since the restart didn't work, I'd recommend restarting your Charge 3 using the 15-second method: Connect the device to the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
