I am having this same problem with my charge 3.  I’ve tried rebooting and clearing data to see if it will fix anything, but it stays the same.  It looks like white lines across my screen

Hello, Yes I too tried but still, it is the same. I never expect this type of embarrassing situation from a brand like this.
