My Charge 3 display does not work

Hi

 

i have a faulty charge 3 display does not work at all ..tried all the reset procedures

 

fitbit replied with a link for a replacement but the link then points to Facebook or google

either way it then redirects me to a page saying " sorry that page is following a different trail"

 

how do you get any any decent support from fitbit ??
