My charge 3 doesn’t light up on the numbers on the face.  How do I brighten it up.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge 3 display doesn't work properly.

 

You can change the brightness of your Charge 3 if you go to the Settings App from your Tracker and select between Dim, Normal or Auto.

 

If this doesn't work, you can perform a restart by following these steps. In addition, you can change the clock face to see if this resolve the issue.

Thank you, I’m not finding the setting app on my tracker plus there’s no light on it to change anything. On the dashboard or setting app online doesn’t show any dim, medium or auto.

I’m having the same problem. I can no longer see anything on my charge 3. It still works well ( syncs to my phone) except nothing displays on the Fitbit. I’ve tried resetting but that didn’t do anything. Sad to say I just bought new bands for this charge 3.

Hi, mine was under warranty I believe and Fitbit sent me a new one.

My warranty ran out years ago. I’d rather not get a new one as I like the features and size of this one.
