So i have had this tracker for more than 3 years. It stopped syncing to my phone and therefore I changed it to my computer. This worked for 2 months. Today the time went wrong on the tracker and i tried to sync it it says windows cannot find your tracker make sure Bluetooth is on. I have followed the steps. That didn't work. I unpaired my device as that worked before but today it will not work at all for me. I am now left with an unpaired tracker with the wrong time and data that i cannot upload on my device. What should i do i am lost?

In this case, please follow our troubleshooting steps to resolve set up issues.
Once the Tracker is synced, the time should get fixed automatically. If it is necessary, you can change it manually by following these instructions.
Whether this doesn't help, please provide me with the following information:
- Does your computer have built-in Bluetooth and Windows 10 installed?
- What is the model and OS of your phone?

Sorry for the late reply. My phone is huawei p8 lite android version 8. My laptop has windows 10 and bluetooth installed and is turned on. I have tried following your suggestions it was successful in pairing my fitbit to my account but the time is still wrong and it will still not sync. I keep getting this message whenever i try to sync my fitbit “Bonding failed. Restart the app to try again. Bonding is in process”. I have already tried to restart the app as the message said but it still will not work. I have checked if my bluetooth works on my computer with other Bluetooth devices but for whatever reason my fitbit will not sync even though it is now paired. Please if you have any idea what is happening i'd love some help.

If you've received notifications from your Huawei p8 lite on your Charge 3, you'll need to disable the Bluetooth bond between your phone and Fitbit device before syncing to your computer (Open the Bluetooth settings on the phone and unpair the tracker from the list).
Please be aware if your cellphone is not part of the list of supported devices, you might be able to sync and receive notifications but we won't be able to guarantee an optimal performance.
To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these steps.
