Following instructions for the blank screen with help from community. This still didn't help so I went on chat. Unfortunately, the guy asked me to use the app to replace my fitbit however, having done this I cannot see the pair number - as I have a blank screen so now my app doesn't work either so I can't change the clock face. Is there any way to find the pair number ??

Thank you for the time you spent trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Charge 3.
The pair number can be found just in the Tracker's display. In this case, I would recommend updating Customer Support in order to get further assistance. I'm pretty sure they will do their best to provide a high level of support. Thank you for your patience while dealing with this situation.

Hi,
Thank you for responding, my problem. I rebooted several times and got fed up so ignored the tracker for a couple of hours. It sprang into life and now I have paired with my app so all is well with the world again

I am so done with this Charge 3 and not being able to see the screen. I basically now can only use it to track steps. I can’t use it as a watch or start exercising. It keeps going into night mode, I change it back and it goes back into it again. I am think of an Apple Watch.

If you haven't done it already, please restart your Fitbit Charge 3 by following these instructions.
In addition, you can perform a long restart:
Whether the instructions shared above don't work, please change the clock face of your Tracker.
