Thank you for your email. Did not work. Would be battery expire or the
charger now defective.

Hi @dwayne1  how long have you had your Fitbit and have you been keeping it charged? They don't live forever, but the batteries don't have an expiration date and can't be changed. Is the charger the original one that came with the Fitbit?

Since 2018. And the charger is the original charger

If you followed everything on the troubleshooting article and it's not working, more than likely it's dead. You could always buy another charger. Might be time to check out the new styles of Fitbit, too.
