At least I think it has. I've read lots of other posts on the subject, tried all suggested fixes but nada.
Essentially, it went blank without warning just after I'd done a 10k walk. It then wouldn't sync with the phone & wouldn't show the charging symbol when I plugged it in (had about 50% on it). I tried holding the side button down (8sec, 25 sec). It gives a long continuous buzz and then goes silent again. The screen remains blank. Please help.

Ok I had this exact issue. I tried the Twitter dm but no one got back to me. I also tried the restarting while charging technique and that didnt work. I had tried several charging wires, outlets and blocks and still nothing. My mom told me she had this issue before and the only thing that worked was plugging the charger into our laptop. I was pretty skeptical but I tried just to rule out that option. IT WORKED. Charge it through a computer, hold the sides to restart for like 8-10 seconds and then you should see the smiley face!

Thanks for this. Tried via the laptop, as suggested, but it's still blank, I'm afraid. Buzzed as long as I held it down but even that stops after about 10 secs.

My Fitbit charge 3 battery is pooched
I charged it last night, but the morning it was dead again
I can’t believe spending over $150 on a watch that lasted 2 years is now done....not fair in the least.
Just ticked off...😡

Agree totally, BiddySue. Do try contacting Fitbit some other way too. I DMed them on Twitter and had a reply saying they'd look into it. Nothing further from them so far but not losing hope just yet that they will fix this.

I had same problem too. My Charge 3 is almost 14 months old. It just suddenly wouldn't charge up and died. It's syncing with device is also very unstable, sometimes need to try until almost give up then it synced. Pretty disappointed and might not consider to get another tracker from Fitbit again. Could Fitbit get back to me, a good product should not just died out just after one year warranty.
