My Fitbit 3 stoped working and charging altogether, and is still within warranty. How do I file for a repair or replacement? The customer service phone number is disabled, and it says I need an order number to file an RMA... help!

Hi @Nickborchefski you try a restart of the device? As for support, I'm sure they are overwhelmed as are many companies during this time. Reach out to customer support, again.as only they can give you the RMA, should it be necessary. If you return a Fitbit without that RMA, it could get lost in their warehouse and that would be a mess. I just called their phone number and it isn't disabled. The message states they are not open on the weekends, so wait until Monday to call them. Their phone number is (877)623-4997 Mon-Fri, if you're in the USA. The phone number to call from the UK is: 0800 069 8505. Operation hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm.
