My Charge 3 is completely dead

Now its  completely dead, i need assitance if it is posible please

I just got a Charge 3 too, and it doesn't respond to being plugged in at all. No vibration, no display, nothing. The contacts are all clean. Currently plugged in to a wall charger for over an hour, and still nothing.
