I started with Fitbit 2 , had it for 4 years and found it amazing. All I cared for was that my number is steps was increasing, the app was working and I felt motivated to do more . When it stoped working after 4 years [battery] and was not possible to recover I was sad but the overall experience was calculation of usage per year price was satisfactory so I decided to continue with fitbit . Charge 3 was a disaster since the first day I got it . I had to exchange it within the first month because the battery had issues , and now, just a bit over 1year warranty, the screen is malfunctioning, I did all the steps indicated in the forum but now I am done. I am not willing to pay for a new tracker every 13 months .. so thank you, it’s been fun. It’s time to change trackers. Bye Fitbit.
