Hi,
My Charge 3 has a streaked screen and the touch screen is not as responsive. I've tried restarting, rebooting, changing the clock face, and syncing my device with no luck. I was in the middle of a chat with a support team member but it ended due to time limits. I've had my device for less than a year.
Someone please help.
