Hi!
My Fitbit Charge 3 just stopped working. I've read other threads and followed the instructions for short and long reboots multiple times. I get the smiley face but then it goes crazy and flips between the 'watch face' and the exercise screen. It will then just go to a black screen.
Any ideas?

I'd be interested to hear how yours may have started doing this. Mine did this flickering crazy action for the first time yesterday (been using for 7mths). Coincidentally I had just ridden a high speed water slide (been at the water park about 2 hrs prior to this). After the flickering it stopped working. It was at 80% charge at midday. I can see moisture inside the sensor. Will it dry out? Do I need to put in bowl of rice?
