Hi there, my strap has completely broken in half. It should be still under a year’s warranty as I received under claim no 32482339 As my previous strap also broke.

Hi @Pen78 warranty is for one year from the time of the original purchase of the device or the band (if purchased separately) even if the band is replaced. So, if you had a band replaced once under warranty, the remaining warranty on it, expired when the warranty on the device did. You can read more about warranty here - click.
