My Charge 3 will not charge

Hey there,

 

Yesterday I needed to charge my watch and I connected it to the charger like usual but it refuses to charge. I tried plugging it into the wall, and my computer. I cleaned both my watch and the charger. I don't know if it's the charger or the watch that's not connecting.

I bought a new charger for it from amazon and the new one works.

this appears to be what's happening to my charge 3 and to my mothers. they were purchased in Feb 2019 and this issue just started in the past two weeks for her and on Tuesday for me. So far, Fitbit has not made any effort to help out with this.

The problem is that when it is charged, it only holds the charge for about 1 minute. A new charger isn’t going to help that. And Fitbit seems intent on driving it’s customers away.
