My Charge 4 is having issues charging

I put my Charge 4 in the charger overnight, but it didn't charge at all. This morning I changed the configuration, but it said, check battery, battery is not charging. Not sure what to do.

Hi, @txutxi , please see this help article for troubleshooting a Fitbit that is not charging.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
