After 14 months, dead

Fitbit won’t replace or repair

Fitbit will not refund 11 months of my Premium subscription

Currently there is no reparation center to fix Fitbit products. You can find the Fitbit Warranty here.

I also have the same problem.

My fitbit sense broke after 15 months, and the fibit premium I subscribed a month and a half ago will not be refunded.

The versa2 I used before that also broke in a year and a half.

Support recommends purchasing a new device. You want me to waste my money on such fragile things?
