My Charge has not synced In over 24 hours

My Charge 3 has not synced in 24 hours. I have shut down the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I went to settings and tried to manually sync the device. Nothing happened. Please help

Hi, and welcome to the Community!

 

Having tried restarting your phone without any luck, I would try restarting your Charge 3 by putting it on charge and pressing the button for 8 seconds.

 

You might also try "forgetting" any link to the fitbit in your phone's bluetooth settings. There are a few more things to consider in Fitbit's troubleshooting guide at Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I tried everything you suggested. Now my Charge 3 will not pair with my phone. It says incorrect pin or passkey. I am getting very frustrated because this situation has never happened before

@GregA75 welcome to the forums. The Fitbit uses bluetooth, but you don't pair it where a pin or passkey is required. Read this article - click to view - on how to set up.

I already had my device connected for 5 months. It stopped connecting. My
tracker is now behind 20 minutes and I cannot connect anymorw. I do not
what else to do. It seems other people are having similar issues

It is a Pixel 2, which is listed as compatible. I connected my phone to the
tracker on Dec 26 2019 and did not have any issues with it until now

I'm having this same issue.  Worked great from Christmas 2019 to recently.  Now it won't stay synced.  To get it to sync I have to try and re-set-up the Charge3 (on my Pixel 3) several times for 1 sync.  I've tried all the tips and tricks I've found here and on other threads with no luck.  I'd be interested in learning if you find a successful method to correct our issue.  Thanks!
