Hi,
I have had my Fitbit Charge 3 now for a little over a year. All of a sudden, the screen blinks from the time to the Screen Wake and Notifications, and then goes black. It shows that the battery is at 84%. I have tried holding the button for 8, then 15 seconds and have even tried to reboot it, before the screen goes blank again and it still won't work. Can you please help me resolve this problem?
