My Fitbit charge 2 suddenly stopped syncing to my phone and I thought it was just my phone so I tried on my sons and my husbands phone and it wouldn’t sync to their phone. Does anyone know what I could do?

Thanks for trying to sync with other devices, let me help you figure out what is going on.
The first thing I'd like to recommend is that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They should definitely help in getting it all to sync once again.
In the meantime I'd like to ask what phone is it that you are using at the time.

I have the iPhone XR and my son has the iPhone X I will try to do what you said and see if that will work. Thank you.

My iphone will not show me the readings on my charge 2 unless I go on my laptop and click on the fitbit app
