My charge 3 doesn't light up

HI my fit bit charge3 doesn't light up. I pushed the side botton it vibrates but page is blank, doesn't show anything. It is fully charged.  Please help

Have you tried restarting your Charge 3 by following the steps here?

This seems to be quite a common issue. Usually, one of the following steps will fix it:

• restart the fitbit using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
• change the clockface via the app. If this works then it's safe to change it back to what it was
