Charge 3 vibrating randomly and switching from clock face to screen wake / notification 

ive tried rebooting tried switching on and off as advised switched clock faces a couple of times but not fixed

my charge 3 did this too and now it will not do anything.  When I plug into charger to try to reset, it will just vibrate when I hit the power button.  The back shows red light instead of green and the app won't pick up the device anymore.
