My charge 3 started glitching

It suddenly started buzzing and the screen went crazy. When I put it in the charger the first time it showed a line and the second time a smiling face and then proceeded to glitch. I’ve never faced such a problem. The screen is also starting to turn off and on. Also I didnt drop it I have no idea about why it started doing this.

Good morning,

Ever since my iphone 12 updated, my Fitbit Charge 3 is not syncing. Anyone else experiencing this? I have called tech support for iphone and Fitbit - both say it is not their problem. I think Fitbit is no longer offering support since the Charge 5 came out in September. Any thoughts?
