Hi! 

My Fitbit Charge 4 shows heart spikes and other measurements when I'm not using my Fitbit, and it don't recognize exercises when I'm using it. 

Why is that happening? 

How can I fix it?

Thank you for providing the details about this situation with your Charge 4. Sorry to know that.

I'd recommend you check in the Today Tab, click on the top left corner on the phone-device icon and see if perhaps there is another device connected to the same account. If that is the case, please disconnect the other one and perform a restart on your Charge 4, sync and check it up in the following hours.
