My experience with Charge 3 and Customer Service

purchased end of feb 2023  maybe 1 day out of waranty it will not connect to the charger no matter wha i have tried   they wont cover it ,   SAD VERY SAD  not buying another one will go with apple or google watchs and spend the extra money vs trying this again,  I have been a fit bit customer for over 10 years and this is the first issue i have had and they wont help

@Username165  you meant Feb 2022, didn't you? If so, it's still two months past the warranty period. You can try contacting customer support again, but often there really isn't anything they can do to help you. As for Google - they became the owner of Fitbit in Jan 2021.
