This is my 3rd Fitbit with blank screen, the first one was a gift so had no proof of purchase when went wrong and unfortunately the person had passed away that brought it for me, the second one was just out of warranty, but they offered me the discount as they seem to with everyone! Now it has happened again, and again out of warranty, came on here to get some ideas and tried all the suggestions but after seeing how many have same issue I think it is now time to say goodbye to Fitbit and warn as many people as possible that they will only last a year, 2 if you are very very lucky!!.

I bought my Fitbit Charge 3 SE in 2020; worked well overall but no longer does GPS sync with my phone, more importantly I can no longer see the display - rebooting does not work and parts of the screen are blacked out, I think it is at the of its life so time to let it go. I cannot see solutions in any forum other than rebooting - this seems to be a permanent display failure.
