Raised a ticket, sent photos .... just want the serial number for my charge 4 ☹️cant get it, they arent allowed to give it to me .... security alledgedly .. wot a complete crock🤬

I have no box

Its not on the fitbit

Itd not in the app on phone or computet

Just want the serial number !

Hi @Lesleylkp   You can find your serial number on a Fitbit web page that still exists.  It is in code, so follow the instructions carefully.  I listed the steps in this post  when helping the user find their Luxe serial number.  You will tap on your Charge 4 tile.

Brilliant, thanks muchly space racer - why on earth they couldnt just tell me to do this when i contacted them - there was no need to breach any security with these instructions and their raft of we cant do this emails was flippin annoying !!!
