My app was on and syncing with my charge 4 normally during the day. At some point the app closed itself and will not reopen. I get a very brief background which immediately closes sending me back to the home screen. What happened and how do I fix?

I would normally say log out of your Fitbit App first but because it won’t stay opened I would try to just shutting your phone off for 1-2 mins then restart your phone again then try opening the app again. If this fails. Try uninstalling the Fitbit App, restarting your phone and reinstall the Fitbit App again. Then just log back in as you normally would with your username and password. You will not lose any data reinstalling the Fitbit App.
